• Baking & pastry experience
• Food safety certification
• Education or apprenticeship is recommended
• Attention to detail in the presentation of baked goods
• Team player who is committed and enjoys working in a team
• Physical requirements including standing, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
Your daily tasks
• Cake Specialist: Produces buttercream cakes according to quality standards in a timely manner
• Enjoy the Swiss tradition and lifestyle
• Maintaining and communicating inventory of their products, ingredients, and supplies
• Assists in cake decorating
• Produces all ice cream products
• Follow recipes accurately while maintaining high-quality standards
• Operate equipment effectively and safely
• Maintains an organized and clean station that adheres to sanitation standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
